2. Lizenzprüfung 2. License validation
Zum Aktivieren und regelmäßigen Prüfen deiner Lizenz sendet die App deinen Lizenzschlüssel und eine Geräte-Kennung (Hardware-UUID) an notchly.menubarmonitor.com. Das bindet eine Lizenz an einen Mac (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO – Vertragserfüllung). To activate and periodically re-check your license, the app sends your license key and a device identifier (hardware UUID) to notchly.menubarmonitor.com. This binds one license to one Mac (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract).
